Our engineered graphite gasket is manufactured from high-purity natural graphite flakes through a two-stage precision process: chemical intercalation followed by high-temperature thermal exfoliation. This advanced production method yields flexible graphite in multiple forms—expanded graphite sheets, foil, tape, and strips—specifically developed to satisfy the demanding sealing requirements of deep-cooling circuits, high-vacuum systems, and critical equipment across oilfield operations and industrial processing facilities.
 
The thermal expansion process creates a worm-like graphite microstructure with an ultralow bulk density of approximately 3 kg/m³. These expanded structures are then compressed into rolls or sheets without any binders, delivering a material purity of over 99.8% and ensuring stable, long-lasting sealing performance even under extreme temperature, high-vacuum, and corrosive operating conditions.
